100多起破壞公共通信設(shè)施的行為；
每月數(shù)千萬個(gè)垃圾電子郵件；
最多時(shí)每月幾百萬個(gè)騷擾電話；
截止2007年8月7日，中國民用衛(wèi)星共受到來自法輪功的252次非法攻擊。
有人說這些都不是犯罪，并且公開號召從事這些行為，甚至在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上公開傳授從事這些行為的方法。他們是誰？
2002年3月5日晚，法輪功成員周潤君、劉偉明、梁振興、劉成軍等割斷了吉林省長春市和松原市的有線電視主光纜，插播宣揚(yáng)法輪功的錄像內(nèi)容。幾萬名市民因此無法收看電視節(jié)目。

2002年10月，華裔美國人、法輪功成員李祥春在江蘇省揚(yáng)州市破壞通訊電纜未遂。后來他在法庭上宣稱：只要是宣傳“大法”——即法輪功，這些活動(dòng)就不是犯罪。
據(jù)中國政府部門不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，截至2006年底，法輪功在中國境內(nèi)從事的破壞公共通信設(shè)施的活動(dòng)達(dá)100余起。

這是一個(gè)奇怪的現(xiàn)象。為什么這么多法輪功練習(xí)者對破壞公共通信設(shè)施如此感興趣？
明慧網(wǎng)上有答案。明慧網(wǎng)是法輪功的“官方喉舌”，法輪功總頭目李洪志先生曾指令：“重大問題看明慧網(wǎng)?！?/p>
下圖是明慧網(wǎng)上的一篇文章——《電視插播是英雄正義之舉》。
明慧網(wǎng)在該文中教唆法輪功習(xí)練者說：“任何以和平方式維護(hù)人權(quán)的行為都是合理合法的。況且電視插播本身沒有對觀眾設(shè)備造成損害，只是傳達(dá)一種訊息，表達(dá)呼聲……以電視插播向公眾講真相是維護(hù)公眾的知情權(quán)，維護(hù)公眾的利益?！?/p>
不僅如此，明慧網(wǎng)上還發(fā)表大量的破壞公共通信設(shè)施的體會(huì)。
2003年9月29日，明慧網(wǎng)發(fā)表《插播頌》，對攻擊衛(wèi)星的行為進(jìn)行鼓勵(lì)：“欣聞大法弟子于8月12、13兩日晚9點(diǎn)左右在中國教育電視臺和中央電視臺，還有十余個(gè)省級電視臺又一次成功插播大法真相節(jié)目向廣大人民講真相，我地大法弟子萬分振奮，倍受鼓舞。在此向所有參與插播的同修們祝賀致敬。”
明慧網(wǎng)上教唆的不僅僅是破壞公共通信設(shè)施。人們可以輕易找到大量教唆發(fā)送垃圾電子郵件、電話騷擾的指令和文章。
2006年12月24日，明慧網(wǎng)《悉尼電話講真相小組心得交流》，該文稱：“現(xiàn)在全球電話小組幾乎有來自世界各個(gè)國家的大法弟子參與，經(jīng)常有全球統(tǒng)一對中國重點(diǎn)地區(qū)和重點(diǎn)行業(yè)集體打電話的行動(dòng)。”
2007年1月19日，明慧網(wǎng)的《對搜集講真相電話的一點(diǎn)感悟》，教唆法輪功習(xí)練者整理電話號碼、撥打騷擾電話：“以市為單位，分類整理，如街道辦事處、居委會(huì)、村委會(huì)；公安局、分局和各派出所、看守所；新聞出版單位等等。整理好一項(xiàng)就給明慧網(wǎng)發(fā)一項(xiàng)?！?/p>
據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，從境外向中國大陸發(fā)送的法輪功垃圾電子郵件平均每月都超過3000多萬封。
法輪功自己在其網(wǎng)站上承認(rèn)，僅2004年1至2月份，法輪功通過技術(shù)手段從境外向中國打騷擾電話就超過800萬個(gè)。
在貨幣上書寫宣揚(yáng)法輪功的內(nèi)容，也是一大發(fā)明。
2006年2月25日，李洪志告訴法輪功練習(xí)者：“有人說人民幣上寫上‘法輪大法好’、‘退黨’，我說這辦法真好。這錢扔又扔不了、銷毀又銷毀不了?！?/p>

2002年6月23日，承載中國國內(nèi)數(shù)十個(gè)電視臺節(jié)目的鑫諾一號衛(wèi)星受到來自中國臺灣地區(qū)非法的法輪功信號的攻擊。
法輪功不認(rèn)為這是犯罪，他們甚至認(rèn)為，通過衛(wèi)星插播所謂的“真相”是對中國憲法和國際公約的維護(hù)。法輪功在為其攻擊通訊衛(wèi)星行為辯解時(shí)，使用的奇怪的推理方式，實(shí)在與國際社會(huì)的看法格格不入。

Harassment Goes Everywhere
Following examples are destructive activities conducted by Falun Gong cult: Over 100 cases of destroyed public communications facilities; Tens of thousands of junk e-mails monthly; A maximum of several million harassing phone calls monthly; By August 7, 2007, China’s civil satellites had received 252 attacks from the Falun Gong cult.
Some people don’t think these are committing crimes. Instead, they advocate these activities openly and have even spread the ways of conducting such activities on the Internet. Who are they?
On the evening of March 5, 2002, the trunk fiber optical cables in Changchun and Songyuan cities, Jilin Province, were cut by a few Falun Gong members – Zhou Runjun, Liu Weiming, Liang Zhenxing and Liu Chengjun, and were inserted with contents propagandizing Falun Gong. Thousands of local citizens cannot receive normal TV signals.

In October 2002, an American Chinese as well as Falun Gong member Li Xiangchun was caught while attempting to destroy the communication cable in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. He claimed at the court that his activity was not violating laws since it served for disseminating the "Dafa".
According to incomplete statistics, the Falun Gong cult had conducted some 100 such destructive offences in the Chinese mainland by the end of 2006.
※Article 124 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China: A person who sabotages broadcast or television facilities or public telecommunications facilities and thereby endangers public security shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of three to seven years and; if circumstances are serious, to imprisonment of no less than seven years.
Why are Falun Gong followers so interested in damaging public communications facilities?
Minghui Net, the official mouthpiece of the Falun Gong cult, provides the answer. "Visit Minghui Net if you want to learn about anything significant," the leader of Falun Gong Li Hongzhi once told his followers.
The following picture shows an article carried on Minghui Net: "It Is Heroic Righteous Act to Insert Falun Gong Contents in a TV Program".
In this article, Falun Gong practitioners are abetted as follow: Any action to safeguard human rights in a peaceful way is rational and legal. To insert Falun Gong contents in a TV program, is just a way of spreading information and expressing their voices, and does harm neither to the audience nor to the facilities… Informing the public of the truth through such a way is to safeguard the public’s right of being in the know and protect the public interests.
Moreover, a number of articles have been published on Minghui Net to share the experience of destroying public communications facilities.
"Ode for Inserted Broadcasting" published on Minghui Net on September 29, 2003 encouraged the act of attacking satellite. The content is as follow: I am happy to learn that Dafa disciples clarified the facts of Dafa to the public by means of inserting programs in China Educational TV, CCTV and a dozen more provincial TVs at 9 o’clock on August 12 and 13, 2003. Dafa disciples are reanimated to a great extent. I would like to extend my congratulations and respect to those participating in this act.
In addition, the website provides abundance of dictations and articles abetting disciples to send junk e-mails and make annoying phone calls.
"Share of Experience of the Telling-Truth-over-Phone Team in Sydney" released on Minghui Net on December 24, 2006 claimed that Dafa disciples from almost all over the world joined in such teams in the worldwide and there were often organized actions to make phone calls to the key regions and key industries within China.
"A Reflection on Collecting and Making Truth-telling Phone Calls" released on Minghui Net on January 19, 2007 instigated Falun Gong practitioners to collect phone numbers and make annoying phone calls. It was dictated as follow: to collect numbers city by city and classify by categories such as street offices, residents committees, villagerscommittees, or public security bureaus, substations, dispatched stations and houses of detention, or press and information organs, etc. Once collected, it must be submitted to Minghui Net immediately.
According to incomplete statistics, there are over 30 million junk e-mails sent to China’s mainland from abroad monthly.
Falun Gong organization admitted on its website that they made more than 8 million annoying phone calls to China from abroad by virtue of technical means during January and February in 2004.
It is an important innovation to write down contents propagandizing Falun Gong on the paper currency.
On February 25, 2006, Li Hongzhi told Falun Gong practitioners, "Some people have suggested writing "Falun Dafa is great" or "Quitting the Party" on Renminbi. I think that's a terrific idea. You can't throw away money, and you can't destroy it."

What else? Interfering civil satellites.
The satellite Sino I carrying dozens of TV channels of the Chinese mainland was attacked on June 23, 2002, by Falun Gong’s illegal signal sent from Taiwan.
Falun Gong supporters do not think it as committing crimes. They instead regard their actions as safeguarding China’s Constitution and international conventions. The way Falun Gong speculates to protect themselves from being condemned for their attack against the communication satellite is so strange that it is totally incompatible with the global views.
